A Western Wedding Photoshoot

This photoshoot at Ashton Hill was sooo different from any weddings that we've done recently and that's why we absolutely LOVED it! If you're not afraid to be bold with color, accents, and textures, you're gonna love this one!

So, we got together with Anne & Ellis, Unposed Photography, and Ashton Hill to do a "mock photoshoot", which allows us creatives to do something unique and document the process! It's always our hope that these unique photoshoot styles will give "permission" to other couples to step outside their comfort zone or do something different than they may have expected!

Another reason why we planned this Western wedding photoshoot was because Anne & Ellis were debuting a new decor collection... and JUST WAIT until you see these gorgeous pieces! We're in love.

The Aztec tablecloth, cacti, gold chargers, candlesticks, and vases are to die for!

For the flowers, we took a few photos of their inspiration behind the collection and just ran with it! We used rust-colored cremons, combo roses, yellow parrot tulips, and blue thistle for the focals of this one. These gorgeous flowers, textures, and colors complemented their decor sooooo well.

The arch and the head table display were definitely the show stoppers when it comes to the flowers! We LOVE the gorgeous contrast between the wooden arch, the textured flowers, and the shiny gold pieces in their collection.

If you love playing with patterns, we hope you get some inspiration from this beautiful photoshoot! We consider this style Western and country but also very sophisticated and classy with the touches of gold and bright colors to contrast.

Don't mind us... we'll just be patiently waiting for the day we can recreate something like this for a future couple! :) If you love this photoshoot, we would love for you to share it on your social media pages!

Thanks for reading and enjoying the gorgeousness of this photoshoot! Be sure to check out the vendors that helped create this!
